Meet Raya, our esteemed Operations Controls Center Manager, known affectionately as “Madam” by her colleagues. Joining Skytours Maldives in 2015, Raya celebrated her 9-year milestone this August. From her early days in aviation, Raya’s initial lack of knowledge blossomed into a profound passion for the industry, leading her to her current managerial role in March 2021.

Raya is a goal-oriented, loyal, and hardworking individual, renowned for her attention to detail and commitment to timely task completion. She believes in tackling projects head-on, managing time efficiently, and avoiding last-minute rushes. Her success is measured by the respect and trust she garners from colleagues and the company, as well as her personal growth and achievements.

One of Raya’s greatest rewards is witnessing her team’s dedication and exceeding expectations under her guidance. Despite the challenge of managing diverse personalities and talents within her team, Raya excels through transparency and honest communication.
